Yes still at it had a couple of days off and did nothing all w/end, apart from B&Q to get some paint, had a decent loss as well so got a big smile on my face

i have 2 rooms top to bottom then the stairs and ive also go to paint the actual stair treads but when its done dont mind helping just the distance to travel is a tad too far + a boat trip

Congrats on your loss - that's fantastic. You are doing so well and I am sure that you'll be at goal before you know it. I can't wait till I am under the 200lbs mark - that is my next goal (once I get 6lbs off for my August goal - that is).
