I'm 8 days in to the 30 day abs challenge
It's crunches, straight leg raises and plank. Crunches are fine up to 50 today, 20 leg raises today which are tougher and then 45 second plank. Seems to go up 5 crunches, 2 legs and 5 secs plank a day. Def getting tougher! How about you?
The plank one for me isn't too bad - I can hold it for over 60 seconds usually and it's only at 20 seconds at the moment, but on day 30 it goes up to 300 seconds so it will definitely get harder. The push up one is probably the hardest for me. Do you think you will do another challenge after this one?![]()
