30 day Shred

I didn't lose anythin when I done it for 10 days last time but I noticed a definite difference in my appearance was much more toned.. X
 
I've just ordered this dvd hoping to do it on a morning before work probs 5 days out of 7 then circuit training 2 or 3 times per week. My weight loss has been at a stand still so hoping this might help x
 
I finished this yesterday and my word it works!

I'm going to post some before and after pics later.

Don't be disheartened if you don't lose weight. This is really about something more important than numbers on a scale - inches, tone and strength. Your clothes will be looser, you won't wobble as much and, most importantly, you will feel really fit!

Pics look really good, u can definitely see the difference. I have just ordered this and was wondering what the best time if say to do.it would be, I have an 8 month baby and a bit concerned about how knackered I will be after so was thinking of doing it when she is in.bed, what do people suggest?

Lower waist: 32in > 30in (-2)
Arms: 11in > 10.5in (-0.5)

Thighs: 23in > 22in (-1)
Calves: 16in > 15.5in (-0.5)

Dress size:
Top: 10>8
Bottoms: 12>10
Dress: 10>8

That's a total of 8.5 inches, 2lbs and 1 dress size... Jillian Michaels I salute you! Onto Ripped in 30!

8.5 inches that is amazing! Well done! I'm definitely going to invest heard loads about it, just need to actually do this one ha ha x

Hi

I've bought the 30 day shred but I've 2 questions please - does it really work & will it kill me lol
I'm overweight & unfit, I haven't done any exercise for a long time
The stories of people being in pain & not being able to sit or walk scare me lol
 
Hi, i'm overweight and the first time i did it i was unfit....but its 20 mins and while it is hard work, you will do it and feel amazing as you cool down. Everytime i do it, i hate it while i'm doing it, but you feel great when its finished and a nice hot bath before you go to bed helps....my arms and chest were the worst areas affected, but then i never used those muscles in day to day life, so its to be expected.the ace goes after a few days...but its hard to bring yourself to workout while you're aching but it can be done. Good luck......it does work :)
