30 day shred??????

It's an intense 20 minute workout with 3 levels. You do it everyday for 30 days
Days 1-10 you do level 1
Days 11-20 you do level 2
Days 21-30 you do level 3

It's quite intense, and hard. A lot of the girls on here have used it and have had brilliant results from it.

Mine came today, and I did my first day of level 1, it's not easy, but the results are amazing. Its a great way too tone you up, and you can loose 20+ on the 30 days you do it too. I have took before pictures, today and will take take pictures every 10 days until I finish, and will post them all, with my results pictures when I have completed the whole 30 days.

The shred is a few minutes of cardio, strength, and something else, but I've forgotten!! Type 30 day shred into YouTube, and you will see a few clips of it. When I see the clips on YouTube I thought " oh that's not looking too hard " but boy was I wrong!! My thighs are still in pain now.

I also do the C25K challenge too, that's a 9 week running/jogging/walking challenge, which is only 20-30 minutes 3 times a week. That one is quite popular on here too
