I used to point it at 3 for the level1 work out. And i think that was being quite generous.

I've been giving myself 3 points for level 2, 20 mins of excercise. I find it hard to believe that an hour of slow walking (which I also do each day) gives the same amount of points as 20 mins of shred! Shredding is much more intense lol! Probably better to under point myself than over point though :)
