30 day shred

Oh yeah thanks! My knee is loads better today, I think I just went far too deep into the squats and put too much pressure on them, as my ass and thighs are the most painful they've been too. Thanks for the advice..x

Oh god I hate squats :rolleyes: actually I hate exercise full stop, I'm a lazy git! Glad your knee is better! :)

there is a fantastic support group on Facebook called UK shred support group. people are at different stages and levels of the shred and usually post daily. you can learn a lot and might be able to find a shred buddy to keep you motivated. those that have completed shred are moving onto Ripped.
