I got the DVD for Xmas but I'm scared to use it :-/ I've seen it's really hard and I physically can't do things like press ups (yet I will when I'm a skinny minny) and I'm worried that will effect the results :-/ how are u getting on with it? xx

I hadn't even heard of it up until this week but it looks like a challenge and I like a challenge, going to go and browse amazon just now, think I might buy it!!

I started this last night and it's AMAZING! Yes, it is really really hard, but the effects are so worth it, afterwards I felt great, and this morning although I do ache it is bearable but I think that might be because I walk everyday and have built up my exercise intake throughout this month on the WII, if I had started this from 0 exercise I think it would be more tough.

I found myself shouting curse words at Jillian throughout the whole thing, she's damn good! I hit the wall and pushed through it and I am actually looking forward to doing it tonight!

I've just bought it I'm starting it on Tuesday hope I can't do it and hope it's true that you can lose up to 20lbs in 30 days I can't believe that, it would be nice.xxxx

Ive done it a few times so far but not everyday. just made myself do it just now, even tho i was still hurting from the last time a few days ago. am acheing but feel better for doing it and for knowing i can do it when i dont feel like it. even managed to do 2 push ups and a few bicycle crunches. its HARD!
