How many ap would u count this at beginners level I don't use my activity points at all but like to c how many I have earned, have ordered a hr monitor so I can accurately calculate ap's but for now I am curious as to how many this workout (torture) would earn lol

when i did it, i think it was 220 ish calories,
i used my heart rate monitor to calculate.
so a massive amount for such a short time, but i only did it once due to an injury.

i do plan on restarting as soon as i can ,hopefully next week.
 
I've been looking at this. Is it good? Sorely tempted to include it in my regime. Like to keep things different!
 
it's not easy but very effective, i pulled a muscle thats why i stopped but i'm a bit weak round the middle due to operations.

Thanks, have to get myself a heart rate monitor keep looking at them but can't decide on one lol well I completed day 1 and feeling bloody proud as my 16 yr old perfectly slim but clearly unfit daughter couldnt push past the warm up I finished it all and have the sweat and tears to prove it only 29 days to go (if I say it fast it don't sound like many lol)
