its because of the tablets, the side effects are bad. difficulty falling asleep and clenching my jaw are the two that affect me the most. so much so, last night i had toothache so i was fighting that as well as trying to sleep.
its been 10 days now since i started them and usually thats when the side effects wear off so hopefully over the weekend i can get back to normal again! xx

I have had some oat cakes and a bit of houmous tonight as I was peckish so my cals for today are just over 1200 x
 
Well I'm annoyed.

I came to bed at 11:30pm, I was very tired so thought I would take advantage of that and try to sleep while I could. I listened to PMcK's nightly thingymajig and then I fell asleep.

Then 2 hours later at 1:30 Joe came to bed. Made loads of noise, let the cat in and woke me up.

An hour later than that 2:35am I'm wide bloody awake unable to get to sleep!

Humph.
 
Oh no sweetie, I hoped you managed to drop off eventually? I don't normally sleep well either so really feel your pain.

Just imagine though, once we lost weight, that will become easier too! You'll be so fit and healthy, you've have run up and down the coastal cliffs and tired yourself out :D
 
I got back to sleep at around 5:30am :(

But today I'm going to try not falling asleep so I'm super tired tonight and I'm going to wear ear plugs tonight so nothing wakes me up!

I will sleep!!

Considering coming off the tabs just so I can sleep but they are helping my depression and anxiety so much :/ it's catch 22. Do I want sleep but be depressed or be like a zombie but happy?! Argh!! X
 
just finished my tea. We had toad in the hole. i had a vege sausage, a small bit of batter, some parsnip and pot mash and broc with gravy. THEN somehow i managed some toffee sponge and a teeny bit of cream!

ive had around 1700 cals today with 700 more than ive usually been having but about 700 less than my mfp goal so im middling it today.

i will probably have less tomorrow, i feel so full its uncomfortable!

Joe is popping down to tesco later to get some ear plugs for me and im going to try to have an early night. i am SO very tired. Not one night since the day before new years eve have i had a full nights sleep. :(
 
I went to bed at 8 last night and slept until 11 and then couldn't get back to sleep until 6:30 this morning!! I could do a night shift job no problem at this rate :D

Last night when I couldn't sleep I got up and went and watched tv and I ate some naughty things. I had some crisps, a cereal bar and milkshake. Boy did I pay for it :( I had really bad tummy pain, really really bad. It was awful.

In a way I'm glad it happened because I know now I can't do that again! My body has gotten used to the smaller healthier portions so I'm going to just keep at it.

It isn't much effort to eat less so I hope I can have a good loss this week. X

How do you manage to feel satisfied with such small portions? I need to find a way. I long for huge portions... really massive, stomach-plumping portions. I crave them, dream of them. I have to stop eating so much.

On the first session in the Paul mckenna app he made me think of a time I was so full I felt sick, then the 2nd session he 'fits' the gastric band and talks about brain signals and something else I can remember the name of, but it basically means when I'm eating I literally do feel full after a few mouthfuls. I also remember the time I felt so full and it helps to stop me putting more food in because I don't want to feel like that ever again!
I was the same as you, could sit and eat 2 plates of Chinese and not think anything about it, I was at the extreme of over eating.
This could work for you. I've been doing it a week today and I really think my body is used to smaller portions even without the hypnosis. So if I do over eat like last night it will be uncomfortable.

I usually have my tea then around 10 im a bit peckish and have a small something and then I'm done for the day. If you saw what I ate before this you would be amazed at what I eat now.
I'm not 30 stone for nothing! I ate ALOT, and it was 90% comfort eating because of depression. If I can do this then you can too. Xx

I'm sorry about your poor sleeping. It's a nightmare! Last night sounds really extreme so maybe by some miracle tonight could be the night for a good sleep sesh?

What you up to today? I'm craving a carvery and cake, instead I have seabass and berries to look forward to :-(
