30st 5lb Start Weight

LOL they aren't annoying in the least hun!

I love of bit of food porn :D and anyway it's your diary, and yours to do what you like with :D

Are you due totm? Could be that? Just take it one meal at a time and if you get hungry maybe brush your teeth or have a big drink. That usually helps me. Plus if you have a super good day you will be extra happy about it tomorrow Xx

I've just been rebelling against dieting I think. I've always been default rebel ;-)

I had a great start to today and did hour super circuits, hour legs, bums & tums and 45 min swim. About 1300 cals that lot. Had 250cal protein & berry shake for breakfast and two eggs and a roll for lunch (300 cals). Feeling much better today - I don't know why I spiral like that. Little nap on sofa for me now, Colombo on :)

WTG Lou Lou - a loss during totm is brilliant!!! And all that walking, I am so proud of you - be careful of your back though hun, just take it nice and easy and build up slowly xxx Cat - hope you're Ok lovely, maybe it's just your bod responding to all the exercise, or totm - or even just the cold weather? xxx

Thank you lady F - it is TOTM technically I suppose, last pill in my pack but I take them b2b ;-)

But no excuse really, I've just been naughty :-(

Woo hoo on the sleep, I'd say that's a massive result!

I love the food pics - I'm so greedy, think that's why I watch so many cooking shows!

Would be great if you make it out again for a walk.

And great result in the pound - week 1 was an insane amount to lose so week 2 was always going to be much less and TOTM / illness / water would have all impacted things. But if you carry on like you have been, next week could be fab!! Xx

I think I may keep my weigh day to Sunday's as it drives me to be extra good on Fridays and Saturdays. Usually I relax a bit and snack in the evenings, all within cals but still, the less I eat the more I'll lose :)

Then I can relax a bit on Sundays and have a nice big roast dinner and pudding. That's what Sunday's are for :) since before new year we've made the effort each week to have a Sunday dinner and it's been nice. Joe makes it too so it's a rest for me :)

I've just showered and am going to load up the dishwasher and do some bits while joe does his man jobs for the weekend ( putting a nail up for me hang a shabby chic heart on and fixing a bit of broken skirting board ) and then I want to go out for a toddle :)

Not sure where yet, maybe the same as yesterday. Might see if I can borrow my sisters dog, she's mental and loves going on the beach to chase sticks!!

Just did a walk :)

Borrowed the crazy dog and took her down on the beach. Met some chavs at the start of our walk so we turned back and changed route. I can't be doing with chavs.

Walk 0.6 miles, we were out for 30 mins but sat down for a while to look at the sea and throw branches for the hound of the baskervilles that she kept dragging up the beach.

Now I have blisters on my feet :( but no pain no loss :D

345 cals :)

Exercise amazing again - 1400 cals burnt. But so much junk food.

I start the clean 9 tomorrow to try and break these habits. Drastic but omg needed. I am giving up sugar forever. I just can't be trusted!!

Belly fulla this :) <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=164560"/>

Do it!! And take a selfie :D

Where do you live at the weekends? Do you have a pied-a-terre in London?

City living is like an alien concept to me being here on the very edge of Wales! X

I own part of my mums house - which is really my family home where I grew up. But became obvious that dad was never going to pay off the mortgage (they split 20 years ago) and I suppose one benefit of city life is I can afford to help. And it's not totally selfless of course, owning a chunk of a beautiful 6 bed house on the south coast not a hardship ;-)

I recently moved into a 1 bedroom apartment on the river in a place called Barnes bridge. It's 20min on train into London Waterloo. I think I'll be able to buy in London this time next year but it's not cheap. A 2 bed in the areas I like are 600k - that's a big deposit and 20k in stamp duty :-(
But ready to do it now. Just gotta work super hard this year to make it happen. I want a 2 bed as my son is nearly 18 and I'm sure he'll want to come and stay in London at some point

I've never been to Wales - but have a very good buddy from Bridgend and we're going to do a weekend there soon :)

I'm always amazed at how expensive London living is.

For less that 600k in pembrokeshire you could buy this

That's my dream house :) right on the beach :)

When I win the lottery I'm buying it :D

Did another walk!!! Went round the block which was 0.57 miles. Took a bit longer as Coral the cat came round with us so I kept making sure she was with us! She was!! She was super excited to be walking with us :D made the walk seem like it went quicker!

Today I've eaten approx 1800 cals, and burned 587 doing 50 mins of exercise :)

The cherry pie Dunc and joe had for pudding smelled amazing but it was 457 cals for a slice!!!! I didn't have any but I have half a slice to have after tea tomorrow providing I have had a good day food wise and done a work out :)

2 days in a row I've had fruit for breakfast, and been out for four walks in total!

I have to say, although my back hurt tonight while I was walking it did feel like the walking was easier. I know it was only half a mile but remember I weigh 29 stone! It's takes a lot of effort to heave this old bod around!

X

OMG that house is to die for, just look at those views!!!

And well done on the brekkies and walks, hun, nothing like a bit of sea air and breeze to lift the spirits! :D

Cat - Barnes is lovely, I used to live in Richmond and then St Margarets, so know it well :). I'm SE London now, have been for a few years, rents were cheaper, and it was the only place I could afford to buy!
