31 Days in May Challenge

Well it was quite rainy today but I did get to the park behind my house, which is the first time I have been in the 3 years I have lived here... I know, so slack :D

Tomorrow's challenge is set to give us some Monday Motivation:

List 10 things you love about SW and 10 things that you wouldn't be able to do without it

List them here, and also somewhere you will be reminded of them often. :)
 
1. family friendly - my 3rd old loves it
2. easy to follow
3. doesnt feel like a diet
4. the friendliness of class and consultant
5. can go to the pub!!!!
6. loose weight easily & healthily
7. encourages me to cook & my daughter loves to help!
8. no weighing or measuring
9. being able to make choices for myself using my syns for little treats!
10. can still eat chocolate....

10 things i wouldn't be able to do (when i get to club 10 again!)

1. walk upstairs with out loosing my breath
2. walk for miles with eilidh in the buggy and not need my inhaler (asthmatic)
3. have a better mood (depression lifted)
4. feel more confident to go swimming more!
5. buy smaller sized clothes!
6. being the person i was before i met my husband! - was really outgoing.... used to dance on a bar without caring what people thought!
7. take part in a 5k & 10k run (plan for next yr!)
8. go back to work????
9. be a good role model to both my daughter and my family, that you can loose weight healthily and look great! (when i finally get to target!)
10. have another baby.....

Ten things I love about SW:

  1. not having to count everything that enters my mouth
  2. the support I get from others also following the plan
  3. flexibility
  4. it promotes a healthy way of eating
  5. I can eat enough cheese everyday to fuel my cravings
  6. it is easy to follow
  7. there are so many new recipes to try
  8. it isn't a diet it is a new way of eating for life
  9. motivational shiny stickers!
  10. I am actually losing weight for the first time in my life

Ten things I couldn't do without SW:

  1. keep my binge eating under control
  2. have the confidence to be in a room full of people
  3. feel healthy
  4. eat so much fruit and veg
  5. feel happier about myself
  6. feel confident to try out different looks
  7. get back into my smaller clothes
  8. shop in normal shops not fat people shops (coming soon)
  9. feeling achievement instead of failure
  10. know that in the future I will be the weight I want to be
 
Tomorrow's Challenge:

Make a playlist for your mp3 player or a CD of ten songs that make you want to shake your booty

What tracks get you into the groove? We're gonna use them later in the week :)

After weigh in I have a treat so everyday I have been saving a £1 or £2, So by Wednesday I will have £14 so a new top £5, a new dvd £3 and a tub of Ben & Jerry's.

Today I was tired and didn't want to walk but I forced myself to walk home and popped the £5 (that would have been taxi fare) in the treat box.
