Well technically I went a bit overboard on Monday but I am pulling the syns back successfully so I'm calling it on plan!

Next actual day off is 15th Feb for a belated valentines day burger/cocktail/Hotel Chocolat fest so I'd like to be 100% every day until that. I can't really afford a day off plan with so much to lose so quickly but I'll go mad if I don't cut myself a bit of slack sometimes ;) x

Aw everyone needs a day off once in a whole, and valentines day is a good day to do it! X

whoops tonights not been on plan.....but its been fun!

You need a night off sometimes I think! We work hard to get a weight off and I know personally I'd go mad if I didn't slack off once every so often. Main thing is you enjoyed your evening :) x
 
Today has been brill for food and did a tonne of exercise too! Happy happy :)

Thats true unfortunately I have gone over syns slightly today and am out for food tomos so my numbers are taking a battering! Should be a 100% week coming up next though!

Ooof! It's hard staying in your syns after a night out though - especially if you're a bit worse for wear hehe. I had waaay too many cocktails and chips and cheese the other week and I felt so rough (at work!) the next day that I ended up eating three slices of birthday cake as I needed a sugar rush!

If you really go for it after tomorrow I bet you could pull a little loss or a STS out of the bag :)
 
Am weighing Monday so shall see lol It has been a killer today with cravings, have done pretty well considering :rolleyes: x
