Back on it as of yesterday once I stopped sulking! Plenty more exercise and a good week on plan and I should be ok for a loss this week I hope! x
 
I had a week completely off plan last week, went to cinema twice (loads of sweets and popcorn) and with my brother home from australia (complete surprise for mum, I only found out a few days beforehand), my sister home from england (since she always goes off diet when shes home I end up too...) and with being off work I just ate whatever I wanted (mostly a load of junk!). This all meant a 2lb gain :S. Only went back on plan after group on Wednesday evening.

I'm back :) had a terrible 3 weeks off plan moving house, being a greedy guts etc but first day back in yesterday! Will try work out the counter now not liking the thought of the ratio! Glad to see everyone is doing well and we have more ppl :)
