Hello! It's been a while, haven't been on in about 2 weeks and haven't really stuck to plan any days either so my stats are going to be a bit grim now! Got my stone award last night but It wasn't really deserved cos I haven't been sticking to plan. I really thought I should have had weight on! I crashed my car last week and havent been eating right since then. I think I lost weight because I haven't been eating a lot but what I ate wasn't right, a lot of junk and takeaways.

Thanks *Emsie*, feeling much better now. Chest still slightly sore from the seatbelt but other than that I'm fine :) St Paddys weekend here but I don't have much planned so should keep within syns esp when I've work first thing on Monday :(

Well bad rest of the week from Tues, was in hospital Thurs-Today from surgery so didnt stick to plan as i couldnt... so still the same for me. But tomorrow will be 100% :D cannot wait to detox myself an get back to healthy foods.. (Edited mine an added the % of each month i was good)

Well its a new week for me, lost 1lb last night, no real reason why this week couldn't be a 7/7 week other than I don't seem able to do those any more! but we shall see.....

Update for today, now hopefully 100% all week so can re update in weeks time, This way its really helping me actually. Especially seeing what percentage i have been 'good' for that month, If i can keep it up i should have a good overall looking percent towards end of the year :D

I'm back from a 3 week cruise, not a good place to contain 15 sins! I am now determined to get back on track for as many days as I can although I already have some engagements in the dairy which will be difficult to contain. Well done for keeping this thread going! x

You know ladies, im really enjoying keeping track of the days ive been 100% out of the weeks/months this year. It makes a change of constant watching my weight go up and down weekly from good and bad weeks. With not been able to get weighed for a few weeks its still something im been able to stick to and do which infact is actually helping me stay on track more because i want to numbers and percent to be higher than my naughty days! :) So big thank you for coming up with this idea yoyoer!! xx
 
Another week where have gone off plan and todays forecast isn't good either as have hardly any basics in and am possibly going out for a meal tonight.
