Not so good today but still having more than 50% good days, so not beating myself up too much. I find I put on a few pounds and then take them off again. I will have to wait until the autumn before making progress again. The spring / summer is the worst time for me. I usually get my act in gear between October and February. My aim is to tread water now and go for another half stone loss in the last quarter of the year.
