Good morning everyone!

Back on the Slimming World wagon for the 1009th time! Have mucked around way too much for way too long & would really like to be slimmer by my birthday in September. So interim target of 37lbs (2st 9lbs) by age 37. Works out less than 1.5lbs per week which is more than doable.

Weighed in this morning at 15st 2lbs. Breakfast has been 40g Bran Flakes (Hex B) with semi skimmed milk (Hex A), coffee & a banana. No speed foods as yet but plenty planned for later on today.

Just realised we can now have 45g Bran Flakes, I did myself out of 5g this morning :D Got my Fitbit on too & aiming for 10000 steps per day, anything else is a bonus

Lunch was chicken & rice with a potato salad (potatoes, carrot, cucumber, onion, tomatoes) & a little bit of grilled courgette I had left over - random I know! 5 syns for salad dressing & some mayo
