38 syns. Seriously.

38 is not bad at all especially if been good rest of week! Since my early 20s my metabolism isn't what it was.
I started SW last week had 17 syns in week on chocolate then came the weekend.... friday night I had a curry out 11 syns with poppadoms 4 syns and then alot of booze total 80 odd syns that night (dancing may have helped lol) the Saturday was totally off plan...red coke for my poor head then lots of wine, cheeses, pizza crisps dips and chocs with the girls..another 138 syns....I was dreading weigh in well guess what ...3.5 off so not all bad!
I had 18 syns last night 4 jds and some SW brownie and I'm not worried at all infact I may have more tonight especially as ive been on plan rest of day.
 
Hi, sorry! I only just saw these replies as I haven't been online much this week at all. Had a better week this time around although not had weigh in yet. Thanks for the advice, everyone, very grateful for it xx
