VLCDs are not by any means a quick fix. They're every bit as effective as any food based oneleighforty said:VLCD are ok for a quick fix but if you go back to normal eating you will put the weight back on. You cant keep to those diets in the long run. That's why diets like WW are better for the long term as they can be maintained for life.
