Hiya, day 2 and 3 are often the worst/hardest for most people. You will usually start to reach ketosis by day 4 and then will notice a bit of high and suddenly not feeling as hungry if at all!!!
You are a similar height, weight and goal weight as me...... I am slightly taller, weigh a bit more and my goal is a bit higher but very similar.
I just had my 1st week weigh in and lost 9lbs if that helps keep you motivated
Trust me it does get easier and when you have that first weigh in it's all worth it!
thanx lexy, ive just had my last shake and am sitting here looking at the clock thinking, i'll have a shower, watch the soaps and hopefully then can go to bed, i just kinda keep trying to find stuff to fill the time in which i wouldve snacked! (which means i must of spent a lot of time nibbling! )
