hello all, I rejoined yesterday. I stopped going last year as o nought I can do this on my win. One day off lead to a week then before I knew it I was 2 stone heavier again.
I'm an emotional eater and have had trauma in my past
I now have a wonderful husband, my job as a nurse in a dementia unit so I decided that it was time to look after me
