3rd Weigh In and My Birthday!

Getting fit for 30!
I'm just fishing for compliments as I've had a bad week (emotionally)!

It was my 3rd weigh-in today (as I do it home I always do it this early :p) I've lost another 3lbs which takes me up to 1st 4lbs :D

And as it's my birthday today I think this deserves a slice of birthday cake later!
