    I lost 6.5 lbs!!!!! yipee... told u I would :whoopass: !!!!

    Really really happy, but still really poorly... in so much pain!! Amazed I managed to drag myself there (as it is a 30 mins drive)..

    Anway, trying to eat today... Got 2 bars to try so tucking into half a peanut one as we speak...
