3rd Weigh in !!

    Hi all,

    Just updated my ticker after my weigh in last night. I have been really lucky so far and my total weight loss is now 25.9lb so hoping to break the 2 stone mark by the end of week four.

    I struggled this past week with my chatterbox and had days where I really wanted to give up (and eat a salad????? Still can't work out why I am craving healthier foods when I thought it would be all the naughties I'd miss!) but I am so glad I kept going and made it through. I feel as though I have come through the other side of this particular bad patch now and for the first time honestly believe that I will make it all the way to the end. Its a great feeling - so I thought I would share it with you all.

    Good on ya CC - amazing weight loss. It is a weird feeling craving salad etc - I was in a French hypermarket in Feb; walked past the chocolate and cakes then spent ages drooling over the veg - bizarre. Sorry to say that now I'm eating I'm much more interested in cake!

    Yeh I keep craving chicken, salmon, salad etc, my LLC said your body starts to crave what you need.

    Hi Chunky CHicken, congratulations again. I've just been making my OH's lunch and looking longingly at the tomatoes and avocadoes.

    It made me think I haven't thought about chocolate once in 3 weeks.

    Got my WI tonight, looking forward to it, but not sure how much it'll be. Keep up the good work. 25.9 lbs in 3 weeks is phenomenal!!

    Well done you... what a fantastic start! you have done so well and i'm really proud of you!
    Well done as well for hanging on in there and being so determined and positive, just hope i can be as strong as you.
    Thanks again for my gift pack of 'lush' stuff today, they smell so nice that i'm a bit worried if i get really hungryin the next week or two, i might be tempted to nibble them!!

    PS My craving has been for ages, a baked potato, loads of cottage cheese and a green salad!! How sad is that!!

    That is a fab weight loss in 4 weeks and am so pleased you have got through the rough patch.

    Like you I have been craving the healthy stuff too (well most of the time) being veggie I am most looking forward to a baked sweet potato with loads of salad and some cottage cheese (like Sez). Although I don't eat fish I have craved salmon and tuna at times and at the moment cottage cheese on rivita.

    Think of next weeks weigh in and stay positive xx
