    Have just been to my 3rd weigh in and I have lost another 4lbs. :)

    I am so pleased. Also found out that we are now allowed 200ml of skimmed milk on SS :D

    Tell us more about the milk .... why are you allowed 200ml and is that every day ???? I miss white tea!

    According to my CDC new rules state that we are allowed 200ml of skimmed milk every day. I don't know if that applies from the first week or if you have to wait but I am only on week 4.

    I thought is was for the add a meal week.
    Either have the aam or 200ml skimmed milk?

    Thanks everyone. Have been out all day and now have a 3 course meal to have. A tetra, a mousse and to finish a bar Yummy.

    Usually don't leave it so late to eat but couldn't eat during the day.
