4 basic things you need to know to loose weight this year

    Hello All

    Just thought i should share some points

    Weight loss isnt as hard as we all deem it to be.

    But truth is we all want something magical, like a magic pill or magic program that will guarantee results overnight.

    Well thats not going to happen, all you need to know is that you need

    1. You need a right mind set, this is the most important aspect, once your mind is programmed to achieve weight loss the remaining part of your body will work towards that, because the mind controls the body.

    2. You need a regular routine exercise, a simple walk down a few blocks every day consistently for like 2-3 months would go a long way. Starting out would be difficult but after a week your body gets used to it and becomes part of you and you would take more distance and burn more calories in the long run

    3. You need to adjust your diet to reduce your calorie intake to the least possible, at the end of the day its all a numbers game, the less calories you consume the less fat you have.

    4. You need to invest in a good fat burning pill, truth about pills is that they work but the companies won't tell you they dont' work alone, cos they want you to buy more and more.

    The truth is that you have to integrate pills with your program and not use pills alone as it could take much longer to work and frustration sets in then you abandon the pill and move on to the next pill.

    So try and adapt to this points and i can promise you quick weight loss in no time..

    I disagree with the fat burning pill actually. And you shouldn't reduce your calories to as low as possible, it must be at least 1200. Otherwise I agree with points 1 and 2.
