hey 1st week cal countiing, exercise!
i lost 4 lbs wooop!
i was so nervous getting on scales as past few weeks SW hasnt worked 4 me. but this is obv great!!!! wud be nice to see another -4lbs but ill prob be a steady 2lbs nowing me!

well done hun, its great to see big losses in the first few weeks, just dont get disheartened when it drops to 1-2lbs a week.

this time ive lost steady, as ive less weight to lose. But last time when i was low carbing and cal counting, i lost 5lbs first week (water weight) and 4lbs second week. Then i went down to 1lb a week for a few weeks, then plateud and gave up. lol.

This time though im finding that its coming off very steady, and it actually feels better, and definatley more of a life change than a diet.
