3 pack plus 200g veg milk if u want! and protein eg. Chicken, egg tuna etc and u must have this. Plus multi vits have to be taken on 3 packs & protein.
You also don't need to have the veg or 150ml skimmed milk either, that is up to you! I didn't have veg for my dinner tonight couldn't be bothered to wait on it steaming lmao.
