    Well that's week 4 done I have not cheated once and it has paid off as I am 23lbs down !!! I have decided not to add a meal this week as I do not trust myself not to go off the rails yet, I have decided to carry on doing 100% until xmas. good luck to everyone who are weighing in this week x

    Wow well done! And you've got loads of will power to carry on 100% until xmas! Im really looking forward to my AAMW just so I can eat something lol. This is my second VLCD, I did CD previously and I was fine adding a meal in so I hope I will be this time round, because Im really mssing chewing something haha x

    I would love to do AAMW but I have noticed that most people put on a few lbs and I really cant be bothered to go back the way!! but I know what its like to miss food lol I am wishing the weeks away til xmas and dreaming of turkey dinner x

    Super loss & dedication, week 4 weigh in for me tomorrow. WOnt be missing my AAM week though, i think i need to test myself. Good luck though x
