4 weeks weigh in!! 5 lbs lost and 15 inches lost!

I had my 4th week weigh in today! I cant believe it! I lost 5lbs and so I've now lost 1 stone 11lbs. She also did my measurements and I've lost 7 inches aroud my waist! All together I've lost 15 inches!!!! So pleased!!!

wow, if i got to 19 stone before crete id be well chuffed, i remember being about 18 stone when i started slimming world at the age of 21. when i look at those pictures i think 'i wasnt that fat' (well not as fat as i am now lol) so when i get below 18 stone i will be soooooooooooooo happy!!!

thing is, its aamw and im really hungry tonight and dont know why
