4TH DAY AND I'VE JUST EATEN!!!!!

    Oh no!
    I am so sorry... It's my first day and I just eat some cottage cheese. I was REALLY hungry and i I needed to chew.
    I feel like I have let myself and all of you down.
    Don't be soft on me. I need tough love!

    Paz dont let it get you down. I noticed that it was cottage cheese which you are allowed to eat in week 5 Add a meal week, I dont think it would do any damage. Put it behind you and you will be fine on weigh in.
