4th shake?

Go for it I have had the occasional extra one if really hungry and the usual distraction techniques don't work. I figured it was better than eating other food. Still lost!

Yeah I had one. If I didn't I'd eat one thing and then scoff my face so I just had the shake ughhhhhhhhh it's only day 2!

Go for it, it won't do any harm. I've had days where I only managed 2 shakes so it will balance itself out :)
