4th week weigh in and after 5 days off i have lost...

4lbs!!! woo hoooo very happy with this as i had 5 days off from xmas eve, although i hardly ate anything for 3 of those days as i was ill,
any way im very happy with that,
4 weeks ago i was in the 17 stones now im in the 15`s ...WOW!!

Wow hun that's fantastic!! I put on 13lbs between the 15th and the 29th (and that's with a lot of restraint!) so you have done amazingly! Congrats and here's to a slim 2009!! xxx
