Just got back and Ive lost 4lb my losses are a bit slow but I'm so pleased as Ive gone down a dress size so I'm not really worrying about what the scales sayarty0011:

thanks i couldn't have stuck at it without the support of you all. I was moaning last week to a friend that no one had noticed and in the middle of the week everyone seemed to comment i think my friend had a quiet word ,he hearty0011:but my partner still not said anything!
