    after a very disappointing 2lbs loss last week, 4lbs this week omg l nearly jack it in a couple of times,:eek: so glad l trusted the diet lm thrilled whoo hoo :talk017:

    Well done, that is fantastic. If you are sticking to it, it will always balance out in the end up!

    I tell my clients to try and see the bigger picture if they have a small loss one week. 20lbs in 4 weeks is fantastic. Keep it up!
