Hi guys

Been mega busy, and my counsellor has moved my WI day to Monday of all days for the moment, so I had it today and lost 4lb for a total of 1st 1lb so far

Well done that's fab! I'm starting on thurs seeing my CDC on weds, was meant to be today but she can't make it, I hope to loose a stone by jan/feb. You've done so well xx
