It's great. & yer it's slower but your more likely to keep it off.
You just eat normally for 5 days. Up to your TDEE, mines about 2300 cals which is loads so I just eat as I would at the mo. 500 cal days are hard to start but I did my 8th fast yesterday & I was fine after a 95 cal snack at 2, then had my tea with my family at 5.
There are a couple of Facebook groups, full of facts and loads of support!!!
I did struggle to eat today, which I think is a knock on effect from fasting. I had a big tea cos didn't eat much today & had tummy ache like i had eaten too much.
Dieting for 2 days a week is so much easier than 7! Plus what I can't have on a fast day I can have tomo!!
