%5 of my body weight in 4/5 weeks. I am 155 kilos. Should be able to do this shouldn't I?
One thing I have noticed as I have aged, is the weight doesn't come off me as fast as it did before.
Waiting for a gastric bypass, starting the milk diet tomorrow.

    hi there

hope all goes well with the banding!

I have lost 7% body fat in 12 weeks - and 2 of the weeks I was on holiday! So you can do it if you put your mind to it but yknow theres no rush take it easy and dont pressure your body too much.

    All the best :)
