    Just made the half a syn cake and ate half of it lol just checking is the whole cake half a syn? Also feels weird eating sweet stuff that is not high syn can't quite get my head round it and made me feel abut guilty eating it

    Milk for tea hex a

    Homegrown tomato and quorn pasta with Mediterranean veg and garlic babybel x 2 hex a

    Steak hex b x 2
    Homemade chips 10 syns
    Mushrooms
    home made onion ring 4 syn

    Diet drink

    Half syn cake .5.
    Total 14.5

    Just hoping for someone to confirm it is half a syn x I found it in the recipie thread ij am not sure how to paste them here yet it is under the title syn free cake as you can make it without baking powder to make it free , it is yummy bit of a strange texture a cross between pancake and scrambled egg lol but tastes good once topping is on
