Well this is it, ive been dieting on and for the whole year and now there is only 5ish weeks left till xmas so im going to do all i can to shift some weight, Ive lost about 10lbs in total which is nothing for a year:cry: It goes off comes on etc
So im writing a food diary to help keep me on track and also have a tracker in the kitchen.
Wish me luck and lots of it.
My diary might not be very exciting as I need alot of the same thing but I am looking for new ideas!

Breakfast: Weetaflakes 3pp, milk 1pp, green tea

Snack: coffee

Lunch: red pepper and butternut squash soup, ww pitta bread 3pp, cucumber, 2 slices wafer thin ham 1pp, pear

Snack: green apple

Tea: 300g cooked pasta 8pp, ww pasta sauce 2pp, salad, ww toffee bar 2pp

Snack: 2 bags ww crisps 4pp, crumpet 2pp, dairylea triangle 1pp. half pack ww strawberry & cream sweets 2pp

Total today: 29 pp
Weekly allowance left 49pp

Hoping to do 30 mins on the exercise bike this evening aswel if I can get my butt in gear!

Didnt do my exercise bike!!

Breakfast:
coffee- 1pp (1/4 skimmed milk for coffe and cereal)
weetaflakes-3pp

Snack-
satsumas
2 crackers 2pp

Lunch-was at a friends so didnt weigh but had baked potato with a little bit cheese, colslaw and tuna and a little cake for after so roughly pointing it at 17pp

Snack-coffee

Tea-
Red pepper & BS soup 0pp
Salad 0pp beetroot 0pp
ham 1pp
couple of chips 1pp
ww choc bar 2pp

Snacks:
ww crisps x2, 4pp
2x oatcake, 2 x cracker, 4pp
dairylea triangle 1pp
ww pitta bread 3pp
ham 1pp

daily points allowance 29pp

Not feling to great today so lots of comfort food needed!!
