50/50 bread and flavoured chicken

Can anyone tell me if I can use the 50/50 crustless bread for my HEB (last time I send hubbie out for a loaf)

Also - the flavoured chicken pieces - such as tikka, bbq etc.....next to the flamegrilled in the supermarkets - is that free or do I need to syn it?

well I was in Tesco but I suppose most supermarkets do them - the little trays of cooked chicken pieces, but some of them look a lot more interesting than just the plain ones!

sorry, forgot to add - does that mean I can't use the bread as a HEB? because its not wholemeal (sorry for all the questions, only on day 2!)
