Here to subscribeMy challenge is to stay on plan for 50 days. Fast Monday, Wednesday and Friday and no binging on UDs...proper meals and a couple of snacks. Also no alcohol...or chocolate
I'm doing it from the 4th of November till weigh in on Christmas eve. So 2 successful days down..only 48 to go :cross:
