Original 50lbs to lose

Starting a wee food diary in the hopes it will keep me on track.
Starting weight 202lbs. Weigh day is Monday. Goal is 150-154lbs. Done my measurements also yesterday so when the inches come off I'll know and not just rely on the pesky scales :)

Day 1 (yesterday)


HeA- Milk for cereal and coffees

Breakfast-
HEB- Cereal
Melon

Lunch
Pasta (portioned as a HEB) ham and side salad

Dinner-
H/m Chicken and broccoli soup

Wine 10syns

Spring onion
Cheddar HEA
Bacon medallions

Dinner-
Chicken breast

Mushrooms
Carrot
Curry (2.5syns)
Brown rice with quinoa (2nd HEB and 1.5syns)


Snack- Some deli chicken pieces
2nd HEA- Milk for coffees

Feel much better doing this plan, rarely even feel bloated and tummy has flattened right down. Mondays weigh in will tell alot :)
 
I'm like that, soooo less bloated. However, I do crave bread so need it once a day and im grand then.
 
Fingers crossed for you WI. Hope it went really well. I'm praying I can stay on plan this weekend, I always mess it up aghhhhhhh.
