Starting a wee food diary in the hopes it will keep me on track.
Starting weight 202lbs. Weigh day is Monday. Goal is 150-154lbs. Done my measurements also yesterday so when the inches come off I'll know and not just rely on the pesky scales
Day 1 (yesterday)
HeA- Milk for cereal and coffees
Breakfast-
HEB- Cereal
Melon
Lunch
Pasta (portioned as a HEB) ham and side salad
Dinner-
H/m Chicken and broccoli soup
