Need to shift a little bit!

Hey guys and girls

I thought I would start a food diary on here; I'm open to any suggestions that would help me lose weight.

I joined slimming world online about 3 weeks ago. So far I have only lost 1.8lbs. My starting weight was 150lbs and I'd like to loose about 15 lbs in total

Week3
Monday
Breakfast- mini overnight oats (HEb), fat free yogurt, Pear, honey (1) 50ml milk (1.5)
Lunch - tuna crustless quiche and salad (lettuce, cucumber, cherry toms)
Dinner - leftover roast lamb, tomato, jacket potato with cheese(hea), butter (2), broccoli, carrots, oil spray (1/2)
Snacks -Banana, honeydew melon
Total Syns - 5

Tuesday
Breakfast - mini baked oats (HEb) fat free yogurt, honey (1) 50 ml milk (1.5) Orange

Lunch- Tuna mini crustless quiche and salad - lettuce, celery, cherry toms, cucumber, balsamic vinegar dressing and honeydew melon

Dinner- lamb and veg tagine with cous cous ( carrots, courgette, parsnip, mushrooms, chickpeas, pepper, onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes)

Snacks- Banana, Kellogg's nutri grain (6.5), Sunbites (6.5) Apple and cheddar cheese (hea)

Total syns - 15.5
