Only myself to blame, decided to go back to my old ways, going back to SW book till christmas and New year and then a new start for 2012

Oh Tony I have been there many times and I feel your pain! At least it is only half your weight loss and you are getting back on the horse. My trick is to put it all back on and an extra stone or 2 before trying to take control again. I have just begun my journey and want this to be the LAST time! Good luck cherub x

Thanks for words of support, just weighed myself for the first time in months and weight gain was more than I first suspected, updated tracker and gonna make sure it comes of for good this time
