I just came back from a little shopping trip and brought my first pair of size 16 Jeans (were on sale @ Next :D), was rather surprised that it got over my thighs with no trouble, but it did get stuck around the hips and bum, so gonna use that as my marker, will be trying those on once a month until I can do them up comfortably!

Anyone has an incentive like that?

I have my lovely size 18 jeans hung in my wardrobe waiting to be worn. I also want to get into a topshop 16 jeans (very small) xx

I love cooking and recipes so feel free to share with me and food diaries are always helpful to look at although mine today is not very exciting. Weetabix, fruit, pasta, fruit, veg curry and fruit but I will be treating myself to some choc tonight with my syns.

I have a pair of jeans as well which I would like to fit back in, nice to physically to see a difference!

Dinner - lamb casserole. Sweet potatoe And veg 2 suns roughly for the shwartz sachet.

Ops just realised I haven't had any healthy extras oh well bed time now. Ops. X
 
Big bear - I like ur food diary, although I don't follow r&g days it looks really good.
Maybe if I get tired of EE I will have to have a go at getting my head around r&g days. Which day do I prefer??

I've had curry and brown rice for tea and used the rest of my syns on a kitkat. Yum yum. Weekends are the hardest for me, I'm been super prepared tho and have a fridge full of good food, a meal and snack planner prepared and lots of free fruit.
 
Morning, hope everyone is well and have something nice planned for the weekend. I'm moving house next month so I'm trying to get sorted before the packing starts.

Meals for the day are

Potatoes, egg, bacon, mushrooms & tomatoes... Hopefully will keep me going while I tackle sorting the garage

Home made Minestrone soup from sw book and bread (hx)

Flat mushroom stuffed with philli, steak and salad.

Lots of fruit and milk as my other hx

Sounds alot but I really do need a food full weekend otherwise snacking will take over!!

I do extra easy! My plan for today is:
Breakfast:
hot choc (2 syns)
alpen light (1/2HE)
toast with 1tsp flora light and 1 tsp jam (need to check on syns!)
Grapes
Dinner:
sausage pasta with salad (2 syns for sausage)
2xHEa cheese
Tea:
Mixed grill with chips and stir fry vege and mushrooms, onions, peppers
1x HEa cheese

I have my 1/3 superfree overall throughout the day btw
