I used hartleys sugar free jelly which is syn free and dissolved it in 1/2 boiling water and topped up with diet lemonade. It's syn free and super yummy. A hit with the kids as well.

YES!!! Thanks for pointing that out! I always thought it was free and I'm pretty sure our consultant last year use to go on about jelly being free!!! Ek! It's 1.5 for full sachet which normally does about 4 portions so 0.5 a syn per portion??

Hi all. Can I join your group, am a newbie to forums but find all the support you give each other a great help!
I joined SW at end of Sep, my starting weight was 13 st 9, I had lost 16 1/2lbs but put 5 1/2lbs on over Xmas, eek!! Would love to loose at least 3lbs by July!!

So Monday morning again, I'm just having some breakfast then off to work. Today's meals aren't really planned as I have lots of left overs in the fridge, but I am going to do a fruit and veg shop later... Must write a list.
