Hey faith . It was great... A group of Women just wanting to get fit and healthy . It was hard but then its supposed to be ... You just work your hardest at your own level x

WI this morning to and lost 7lb

just packed a little lunch for work this morning of potato which i will stick in the oven at work, tuna and 3 tbs of extra light mayo (1.5syns), some fruit and a alpen light bar (hexb)

Alpen bar for breakfast with a activia fat free yog and more fruit

My order from Joes sauages is due to arrive today!! Cant wait to try so thats for tea tonight yum!

Hi everyone!
I have just joined and therefore not very savvy with the website yet, but i'm sure i'll get the hang of it! You are already spurring me on!
I have put that I need to lose just under 2 stone, this would be brilliant, although 3 would be better!! I currently weight 14'4 and a half (how annoying is that half!!) and have a 2 1/2 year old daughter as well as a hubby.
I joined slimming world group last night and I am looking positive. Hope I can join your team, and good luck to everyone!
Oh and is there any way that you can see if someone has posted after you? Rather than have to remember which discussions you have participated in?
