Hunny you need to use your syns that could be why you haven't lost! They are there for a reason. Use them. But still a lb is great!! X

I like to think if a lb loss a week as over 3 and a half stone loss over a year, also if I wasn't on plan I reckon I could happily put on a lb a week.... thats over 7 stone lighter in a year!!!!

i had a major wobble last night i caved and had a chicken shish kebab with pitta and salad, chips, and 1/4 of garlic bread OMG i didnt have any syns yesterday and im going to weigh on saturday and not have many syns until then, so that wil be 50 ish syns saved so i will update my weight on Saturday
Im having red days until then so todays menu will be

Breakfast (None too busy)

Dinner

Yeah joes sausage! It was lovely, really could tell the difference between them and shop bought cheap ones, even bet the local butchers which are more expensive. I really didn't think it was expensive, I got all this for £26, there's loads of meals in there I think!! Can't wait to try the chicken, some for tea tomorrow
