Yesterday I was eating too much, so today I've reasessed things abit and had homemade tomato soup for my dinner instead of a big bowl of pasta to cut down on points/calories. I've got a relatively big tea planned but because I cut back at dinner time I'm doing ok pointwise.
I'm hoping I learn some lessons from doing a week of it and don't have to point permanently because it's doing my head in!!
Actually I may do that too, if I stop losing weight before target, not yet thou I love my carbs lol xx
