6 months to sexy

Morning all,

Help needed pls it's been almost 4 weeks since I've been in sw n still don't know the tricks..

LO has woken me, and for some reason I had the urge to weigh myself I don't normally do this just wait til meeting, wish I didn't now as showing I've gained 2lb :(
I know scales match meeting ones from first week n this early I should be at my lightest so really prob gained 3 I don't know why

I stuck to plan even when I wanted to quit, the exception bring on tues I had 27 syns of choc but I had less syns wed n none yday which pretty much evens me out, 2 weeks til I'm due on, no bowel probs or anything, so can't understand what i done, more to point can I fix this before mon as a gain will disappoint with everything else n I dont want to get disheartened, I've often heard people mention speed foods, pls help me ?

Pop up your diary/s and we can have a look I am sure u won't have put on. Sometimes with at home scales if u move them an inch u can put on 2 lbs trust me. I weigh less by my bath than I do by my sink. X
 
Is it too late to join? :D Wouldn't mind being able to wear a bikini top this summer if the weather is anything like last year. Got 50lb :sigh: to lose (at least) before this can happen.

I've tried to remember my weeks food but jus can't memory terrible but wed I had egg noodles with chicken no fat onion mushrooms sweetcorn n peas spices

bacon on wholemeal toast

Cheese on own :(

Small handful peanuts

Thurs I had wholemeal pasta with chopped tomato sweetcorn onions mushrooms peppers spices

Beans n cheese on toast

Today had chicken kebabs with sw chips n salad

Cheese omelette wholemeal bread

Tues- jacket with cheese n beans

Vegetable fried rice using fry light forgot to have hexb 3 bars of choc twirl and twix

Defo gained :(

I think I have to do a regular diary as of now may help

Others may be able to help but I think your a) not using enough syns and b) not enough fruit and veg?

Here's my last two days.... I get 1 extra healthy extra a day as I breast feed.

B-x2 weetabix (b) milk (a)
L- pasta made with tinned toms, peppers, mushrooms onions and garlic blended down. With tuna, sweetcorn smothered with melted cheese (a)
D- chilli and lime crab spaghetti with rocket peppers and capers.

Syns- skinny cow 4.5
Mini chedders 6.5

Total syns 11

B- bacon, sw chips, beans fried mushrooms and grilled toms 2 syns ketchup
L- wholemeal pitta (b) cheese (a) tikka chicken pieces, salad and salad cream 1 syn with yoghurt and kiwi
D- beef chilli with rice
Then desert was syn free pancakes with banana golden syrup and cinnamon

Syns - glass of Rose 6

Total syns - 11

hi girls hope all is well and things are gettin better for those going through bad patches.

well this is my third week doin ww and i havta say im loving it. im doin discovery points as i cant afford class and have all the info for discovery from wen i previously did ww.

it just suits me alot more often i have no time to cook everythin etc.

Thank u for your help.

Ok sorry I didn't mention it didn't think mattered I have banana first thing every morning feel gives me energy for LO lol.

Then we end the day with fruits usually berries n apples, sometimes mango or pineapple. And fat free cherry activia. Is this still not enough?? I put plenty of veg in my meals.

As for syns I usually do use them up normally on choc. This week just calmed down due to tues weakness really dont want to gain will put me off.

Pancakes look yum didn't realise were syn free, will have to try love pancakes is recipe on sw site. Chilli n lime crab spaghetti sounds good too, I made chicken tikka kebabs with peppers n mushrooms n was lovely so satisfying :)

This has made me realise I need to plan more n defo keep a diary thanks Hun

Have a lovely weekend I'm taking LO to playcentre n petshop n if he behaves which I doubt lol toys r us.

Do u feel its better than sw then? How bout healthy wise?? I found when I done it wasn't a permanent thing, prob what I was choosing to eat but didn't feel like a healthy lifestyle. N when stopped I gained more back.

Love to know more to maybe reconsider.

Hi all well done to everyone who's lost!
I went to my friends last night several glasses if wine later and a full tube of pringles haha!! I weighed this morning and don't appear to be any heavier, hoping I've got away with it lol xx
